

Who We Are
Weddings, festivals, parties; we provide perfectly cooked spit roast meat with all the trimmings for any size party.
We are passionate about the quality of the meat we cook and only use locally sourced free range animals. Based in Eastbourne we have been roasting pigs since 2012 and have over 10 years experience in catering.

Medium Pig
Our most popular offering - 1 small free range sussex pig with all the trimmings, cooked and carved complete with rolls and sauces. Serves up to 70 guests.
Festival Pig
As many pigs as you need, perfectly cooked, carved and ready to be served by the bun to hungry festival-goers. Get in touch to talk about your festival or event.
Big Pig
Serving up to 140 guests, 1 big pig, cooked and carved, complete with rolls and sauces. Perfect for weddings or bigger events.
Custom Pig
Want hot and spicy Mexican pig? Or American BBQ style? If you don't see what you need from the other options, get in touch and we'll craft your perfect bespoke spit roast. We're open to suggestions!
Venison
Beautiful local venison, cooked and carved, served with a rich red wine jus and white or brown rolls.
Beef Brisket
Slow-cooked beef brisket, marinated for 24 hours in cumin cinnamon, ginger, hot paprika, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Cooked in a red wine and beef stock.
Little Lamb
For smaller parties up to 45 guests, a sussex lamb is a perfect summer party treat. Cooked with a mint and reducurrant jelly glaze, served with fresh rolls and sauces.
