Weddings, festivals, parties; we provide perfectly cooked spit roast meat with all the trimmings for any size party. 

We are passionate about the quality of the meat we cook and only use locally sourced free range animals. Based in Eastbourne we have been roasting pigs since 2012 and have over 10 years experience in catering.

We source our ingredients from the best local suppliers.

Our Lamb is from Montague Farm, Hankham. Our ourdoor reared pigs are from Willow Lodge Farm, Nr Uckfield.

They make our buns

Cavendish Bakery opened in 1973 as Saffron Patisserie in Grove Road, Eastbourne, by patissier and former Bondolfi manager Cliff Bennett. The bakery is now owned by his son and third generation baker and confectioner Mark.
